Your Questions About Dishwasher Repair Service

Charles asks…

Looking for Samsung Air Conditioner Repair Service?

In my house, we are having Samsung air conditioner and few days back it stopped working, and I think something is wrong with your AC, and I am looking for air conditioner repair services. As it is a scorching summer season and the temperatures are increasing gradually, it is quite tough stay with out the AC’s. Then I approached my friend, and she suggested me to go for “imperialapplianceservices” and said that she also got repaired her AC over there and said that they can repair all types of equipment from microwaves and dishwashers to commercial refrigerators and freezers.

Does anyone have any idea about that company services? If so, please share your views.
Thanks in advance.

Michael asks…

How to fix a frozen dishwasher motor?

When the dishwasher has not been used for a while, the motor for spraying and the motor for pump out the water are not working. Is there any way to crank the motor to unfreeze the motor?

James Conley answers:

Your answer is no, if the motor is bad it has to be changed out. You can remove it and take to an appliance repair store and they will check it for you normally there is no charge for this service.

Richard asks…

I have a dishwasher that “freeze” on occassions. How do i unfreeze it?

I called a technician and he unfroze it before by doing something under the dishwasher.

James Conley answers:

I THINK WHAT YOU ARE SAYING IS “THE PUMP MOTOR STOPPED TURNING” AND THE DW WENT SILENT EXCEPT MAYBE THE TIMER STILL IS RUNNING AND CLICKING. THAT SUGGESTS THAT SOMETHING GOT HUNG IN THE PUMP IMPELLER. IT IS POSSIBLE HE GOT UNDERNEATH AND ROCKED THE MOTOR ROTOR AND GOT IT FREE AND LOOSE SO IT WOULD RUN AGAIN. HIS INVOICE SHOULD DEFINITELY SAY WHAT WAS WRONG AND WHAT HE DID TO REPAIR IT EVEN IF IT WAS A WARRANTY SERVICE CALL. WITHOUT THAT I’LL GO WITH WHAT I IMAGINED. A CHICKEN BONE GOT INTO THE PUMP AND LOCKED IT UP. THE TECH GOT UNDERNEATH WHERE HE COULD PRY AT THE MOTOR AND TURN THE SHAFT FROM UNDERNEATH SO HE WOULDN’T HAVE TO DISASSEMBLE THE WASH ARM SUPPORT AND PUMP SHROUD WHICH PREVENTS ACCESS TO THE PUMP IMPELLERS FROM DOWN INSIDE THE TUB. WITHOUT BRAND AND MO. NO. THAT IS AS CLOSE AS I CAN COME.
